Your Tommy’s Express Unlimited Club Membership can be used at any Tommy’s Express location nationwide and will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW on the initial subscription day every month.

You may suspend your Unlimited Club Membership and stop automatic monthly renewals yourself using the Tommy’s Express App available on the Google Play Store and iTunes App Store. To cancel, simply log in to your account and follow these instructions:
  1. Press the "My cars" icon under your account
  2. Select the vehicle associated with the membership you wish to suspend
  3. Scroll down and select "Wash Package"
  4. Select "Cancel Wash Subscription"
Once suspended your membership will continue until the day of your initial subscription, at which time your membership will expire. You may also contact our Unlimited Club Support Team directly to make changes to your account by emailing washclub@tommys-express.com or calling (616) 796-0459.

Tommy's Express - End-user License Agreement

Tommy’s Express LLC and the owner of the car wash (the “Operator”) from whom you (the “Subscriber”) will be purchasing your Tommy’s Express Monthly Unlimited Wash Subscription (the “Subscription”), require that you agree to the following end user license agreement (the “Agreement”):

  • The Subscription fee, will be an automatic recurring monthly charge to the Subscriber’s credit card. The Subscription payment will be charged on the day it was purchased, and will automatically renew monthly on the anniversary day of the month it was initially purchased.
  • Subscribers may cancel the subscription through the Tommy’s Express mobile application at any time, and continue to wash through the subscription end date. To cancel by email or phone, please contact this Operator. If canceling by email or phone, please allow a minimum of 5 business days prior to the next billing date to effectively cancel your subscription. You can view all Tommy’s Express location’s contact information at https://tommys-express.com/locations.php
  • To be eligible for a full refund, you must contact your nearest location within 60 days of your monthly subscription payment. There are no refunds for lack of use during the subscription term, or for partial months.
  • Subscribers may change their contact/billing information through the Tommy’s Express mobile application at any time. It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address and phone number on file in their Tommy’s Express mobile application to receive any changes or updates to the terms and conditions for their Subscription.
  • If you need to change your license plate information, please contact the Operator or email washclub@tommys-express.com.
  • In the event Tommy’s Express LLC is unable to charge a customer’s credit card for reasons such as, card expiration, NSF or change in information, the Subscriber’s Subscription will automatically be canceled 20 days after the date of the payment Tommy’s Express LLC was not able to collect. If your account deactivates, it must be reactivated at the then current retail pricing.
  • The Subscription cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts, including but not limited to, pre-paid washes, vouchers, house accounts or coupons. It also does not apply to special event pricing.
  • The Operator reserves the right to close any location due to inclement weather, major holidays or equipment failure.
  • Tommy’s Express LLC may increase monthly rates with notice posted by the Operator at least 90 days in advance. If there is a tax rate change in your home site location’s area, Tommy’s Express LLC reserves the right to change the payment amount to include tax at any time.
  • The Subscription is intended for a single vehicle only. Fraudulent use of the Subscription, will result in immediate termination of the Subscription plan.
  • This Agreement is subject to change without notice.
  • There will be a recurring monthly charge on your credit card for your Subscription, By clicking “Done” during the finalization process of the Subscription registration, you represent to the Operator and Tommy’s Express LLC that you understand and agree to this Agreement.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Description of Services

Tommy’s Express, LLC, (Tommy’s Express) a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Michigan, partners with their Franchisees (“Franchisees”) to offer consumers the opportunity to purchase Tommy’s Express-branded gift cards through Tommy’s Express Franchisee locations and online. After purchase, Franchisees physically give the Gift Card to the designated recipient (if the Gift Card is a physical card) or via email if the Gift Card is electronic (“E-Gift Cards”), all as designated by the consumer in the order. Your use or purchase of a Physical Card or an E-Gift Card (collectively, the “Gift Cards”) indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions applicable to all Gift Cards. Tommy’s Express may, from time to time, change these Terms and Conditions and you agree that any such changes or modifications shall apply to you and to any Gift Cards you purchase.

In purchasing a Gift Card, consumers have the opportunity to select from a variety of Tommy’s Express-branded gift card styles. Physical Cards are given to designated recipients at the time of purchase. E-Gift Cards are sent via email.

Terms and Conditions

Your participation in the Tommy’s Express branded Gift Card program, eGiftCard, Gift Certificate or other stored value product (collectively, "Gift Cards") indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Except as otherwise provided by law, these Terms and Conditions apply to all Gift Cards, whether purchased at store locations, online, or received from third parties.

  1. Except as otherwise stated below, Gift Cards can be used at any Tommy’s Express location nationwide and online.
  2. Prices are subject to taxes where state taxes apply.
  3. Maintenance, dormancy or service fees do not apply to balances on Gift Cards.
  4. Subject to applicable law, your Gift Card will no longer work when the remaining value is equal to $0 or if it has not been used 5 years after the date of purchase. If funds still remain on the Gift Card after the valid thru date, please refer back to the original location the Gift Card was purchased from.
  5. Hold your Gift Cards securely and write down your Gift Card number in a safe place. Gift Cards that are lost or stolen will ONLY be replaced, up to the value remaining, with satisfactory proof of purchase AND the Gift Card number. Email washclub@tommys-express.com in order to have a lost or stolen Gift Card replaced.
  6. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except to the extent required by law.
  7. We reserve the right to prohibit the purchase of Gift Cards with other Gift Cards.
  8. From time to time, you may be awarded with or receive "rewards," "promotional gift cards", "credits", "vouchers", "Groupons" or similar physical or electronic gift cards (collectively, "Promotional Cards"). As a general matter, these Promotional Cards shall have the same terms and conditions as the Gift Cards described here, however, they may have expiration dates, delayed activation dates or may be subject to additional restrictions or exemptions as provided on the Promotional Cards themselves or any packaging or other written materials that accompany such Promotional Cards or any applicable law.
  9. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card will require an additional payment for the balance due.
  10. Gift Cards purchased online are delivered separately from other purchases.

  12. Gift Cards will not be redeemed if the card number is invalid or cannot be identified within Tommy’s Express systems.
  13. Tommy’s Express LLC is the issuer of all Gift Cards. Tommy's Express LLC is organized and domiciled in Michigan, and the purchase and sale of Gift Cards issued by Tommy's Express LLC shall be deemed to be in Michigan and shall be subject to the laws and regulations of Michigan.
  14. Tommy's Express LLC reserves the right to change the terms of the Tommy’s Express Gift Card program at any time or to contract with another party to administer this program.
  15. In the event that the Gift Card system may become temporarily inoperative, you may be unable to obtain information about the balance on your Gift Card and Gift Card transactions, or use your Gift Card to pay for purchases. Please notify us if you have any problems using your Gift Card. You agree that none of Tommy’s Express, Tommy's Express LLC and any of their affiliates is responsible for any interruption of service or the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of any goods or services purchased by you with your Gift Card.
  16. Tommy's Express LLC may assign this agreement at any time without notice.

Refund Policy

  1. Requests for refunds must be initiated within 30 days from the date on which the order for the related Gift Card was placed. Any refund request following the 30-day refund period will be denied by Tommy’s Express LLC and by the Franchisee.
  2. Refunds may only be requested prior to the use of the Gift Card, in whole or in part. Once a Gift Card is used to make a purchase, any refund request will be denied, even if there is still a balance on the Gift Card.
  3. Refunds may be requested by the Gift Card purchaser or recipient by sending an email request to: washclub@tommys-express.com. Each refund request (each, a “Refund Request”) must include the following information:
    1. The name of the Gift Card purchaser;
    2. The date of purchase;
    3. The name of the Franchise location the gift card was purchased from;
    4. The order number
    5. The name and address (which may be an email address) of the recipient; and
    6. Contact information for the purchaser, including email address and contact phone number.
  4. Upon receipt of a Refund Request, Tommy’s Express LLC will promptly verify that the Gift Card has not been used. Gift Cards that have been used in whole or in part are not eligible for a full or partial refund.
  5. Upon receipt of a Gift Card Refund Request, and verification that the Gift Card to which the Refund Request relates is eligible for a refund, Tommy’s Express will make a determination regarding the Gift Card and will take one of the following actions:
    1. Deny a Refund Request and send the consumer an email that details why the refund request is denied; or
    2. Approve a refund and send the consumer an email that details the amount of the refund.
  6. Any refund amount that is approved will be credited to the original credit card used to purchase the Gift Card. If purchase was made in cash, you must refer back to the original location that you purchased your gift card in order to receive your cash refund. All refunds will be made within 60 days of the date on which the Refund Request was received.
  7. If for any reason a refund cannot be credited to the original credit card, Tommy’s Express will issue to the purchaser a check for the amount of the refund approved, less a $10 check writing and processing fee. The check will be processed and mailed to the consumer within 90 days of the Refund Request at the address specified by the consumer in its Refund Request.

Warranties Disclaimed by Tommy's Express LLC

Tommy’s Express LLC takes no responsibility for any claims or warranties that any Franchisee may make to consumers regarding its participation in the Gift Card Program or with respect to any Gift Cards. Franchisees are solely responsible for any claims and warranties that the Franchisee may make to the consumers. Tommy’s Express LLC expressly disclaims any warranties or responsibility for any claims relative to the Gift Card Program, except to the extent made in writing by an authorized Tommy’s Express LLC representative in a binding agreement with the Franchisee. Tommy’s Express LLC expressly disclaims any warranties to or any responsibility for claims made by any consumer purchasing or seeking to purchase Gift Cards from a Franchisee through the Gift Card Program. In furtherance and not in limitation of the foregoing, Tommy’s Express LLC is not responsible for the specific content of any Gift Cards, for any photographs, images, marks or logos included in any Gift Card design by the consumer or by the Franchisee. Consumers utilizing the Tommy’s Express website to purchase Gift Cards expressly agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations including without limitation, Federal, State and local laws and regulations governing intellectual property, commerce and postal regulations. Tommy’s Express LLC expressly reserves the right to cancel or modify any Gift Card order that is not fully in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and Merchant acknowledges and agrees that Tommy’s Express LLC shall have no liability for or relating to any such cancelled or modified Gift Card order.
