How do I transfer my subscription?

We love having you be part of TommyClub® here at Tommy’s Express! We hope your experience has been excellent. If you bought a new vehicle or received new plates, you probably wonder, “Can I transfer my subscription?”
The answer is yes! Here are the resources and information you need to make your transfer quick, easy, and simple.

Here is a step-by-step tutorial on how to transfer your subscription:
Steps to transfer your TommyClub membership:
- Open the Tommy’s Express app on your smart phone.
- Tap the three navigation lines in the top left-hand corner.
- Tap My Garage
- Tap on the vehicle you need to change
- Tap “Transfer plan to another vehicle” on the bottom left.
- Select or add the vehicle you’d like to transfer the plan to.
- Tap Continue
- Confirm your transfer and continue washing with your new ride!
That’s all it takes. No phone calls, no hassle, so you can keep your clean routine going uninterrupted.
Please NOTE: You can only transfer your subscription once every 30 days. If you have the same plate but need to update the vehicle, this can be done under the “edit vehicle” tab. If the plate is changing, this is when you would complete a subscription transfer.
