Company surveys are sent out to employees and processed anonymously through a third-party firm. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.

Tommy’s Express opened 30 new car wash locations in 2021, and 100 more are in the works for 2022.
