How do I apply my Tommy’s Express promo code?

As thanks for the support for our washes, we love to give back to our communities. This includes special deals and discounts with a Tommy’s Express promo code.

When a new wash site opens, or during particular times of the year (e.g., holidays, fundraiser events), our wash sites will run different promotions. These promotions usually consist of a free or discounted month of unlimited washes, which is way better than any regular car wash coupons.

And you can always purchase Tommy’s Express gift cards at the guest window or on our website to surprise your loved ones. A clean car makes for a great gift year-round!

How do I use the promo code?

One common question from guests is how to use Tommy’s Express promo codes and gift cards.

When applying your promo code or gift card, you must begin by signing up on our Tommy’s Express Car Wash app. 

If you are new to TommyClub and joining for the first time, you can input your code during the sign-up process. Otherwise, if you are already a TommyClub member, you can still redeem your code without hassle.

Steps for applying a promo code in the Tommy’s Express app

1. If you already have a wash plan you’d like to apply the code to, tap the three navigation lines in the upper left-hand corner.
2. Tap Redeem Gift Card or Code.
3. Enter the code or scan the QR code or card.
4. Apply the plan you’d like to use the code on.
5. Review and save your information.
6. When selecting a plan after adding your vehicle details, enter the code on the line above the Unlimited/PayPerWash toggle.
7. The code will automatically select any applicable products. You will need to choose the plan type if there are no applicable products.
8. Complete your purchase, noting the discount applied at checkout.

This process works for applying both promo codes and gift cards.

It’s important to remember that when using a promo code, you can only apply it to ONE vehicle on your account.

So if you have more than one car, you’ll need a different code.

The date you sign up using your code will be when your wash subscription renews each month. This date will also be when the account credit card is charged unless you cancel your subscription beforehand.
