Fundraising with Tommy's Express

Our wash vouchers are 3”x2” cards that include information about what the voucher is and where it can be used. Each voucher has a unique QR code on it that will activate your wash when brought to our wash site.

Yes, you will receive information on how many times each code is redeemed to determine individual success.

Your request is sent to our corporate office. From there, our team sends your request to the Tommy’s Express location closest to the address you provide in the request form. Next, the owner or Site Leader at that Tommy’s Express will contact you to finalize the details about your fundraiser.

If it’s been over a week since you submitted your request, contact your local Tommy’s Express via the phone number on that wash’s web page to coordinate your fundraiser.

The wash vouchers will be delivered to your local Tommy’s Express, where you will pick up and purchase the cards to be sold.

Your main point of contact will either be the owner of your local Tommy’s Express or the Site Leader on-site.

You will pay for the wash vouchers at the cashier window of your local Tommy’s Express with cash, a check, or a credit/debit card. 

You’ll sell your wash vouchers at the price of your local Tommy’s Express’s WORKS wash. Each Tommy’s Express around the country has different prices, so be sure to talk to your main point of contact about their WORKS wash price. 

You can sell your vouchers to anyone who wants one. Once the vouchers are bought from your local Tommy’s Express, you collect and keep any money made by selling the vouchers. Family and friends are a great place to start, but remember, everyone could use a car wash! 

There is no expiration date on the wash vouchers.  

Yes, each voucher includes instructions on how to redeem the wash. All one needs to do is bring the wash voucher to the cashier window at the Tommy’s Express that it’s valid at (also specified on each wash voucher) to receive their WORKS wash. 

Your wash voucher is a prepaid card and should be treated as cash. No refunds or replacements will be given for lost wash vouchers. 

You can run a fundraiser with Tommy’s Express as often as you’d like! Either fill out the fundraiser request form whenever you’re ready to run another fundraiser or reach out to your main contact at your local Tommy’s Express.
