No purchase necessary. Participants may enter in one of two ways. First, they must have an active claimed account in the Tommy’s Express App and wash at any Tommy’s Express location throughout the month of July (July 1–31, 2025). Submission limits in the Official Rules notwithstanding, limit of 1 entry per week. Each weekly entry period begins at site open on Monday and ends at site closure on the following Sunday, except for the first week of the promotion, which runs from Tuesday, July 1, 2025, through Sunday, July 6, 2025, and the final week of July, which ends on Thursday, July 31, 2025. Entries must be received during the applicable weekly entry period to qualify for that week’s prize. Second, Participants may also enter by filling out the form found at https://form.jotform.com/251703235660047. Limit one entry per week through this method.

Winners will be chosen at random. A total of 121 winners will be selected—120 weekly winners and 1 Grand Prize winner. 24 weekly prizes will be drawn from eligible participants of the prior week on or around the following Monday. Weekly prizes include: three free month of unlimited car washes (valued at $40), five $15 off an Unlimited membership (valued at $15), five $10 off an Unlimited membership (valued at $10), and eleven $5 off an Unlimited membership (valued at $5). The Grand Prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries on or before 11:59 PM, August 5, 2025. The Grand Prize is one year of unlimited car washes, valued at $480.

All winners will be notified via the email that is listed in such winner’s profile on the Tommy’s Express App or submitted via the form.
