Open the Tommy's Express app and enter your email address to log in. Confirm the code you received by email or SMS. Tap the navigation lines in the upper left-hand corner of the app. Tap the “Refer a Friend and Save” button. Your referral link is inside the red share box.

You may share your link with anyone, but you only earn credits on new guests only, and their first vehicle only.

TommyClub members get $5 off their next in-app charge for each new friend who joins via their link. That means $5 off your next billing for an Unlimited or PayPerWash membership, or an upgrade or downgrade in the app.

Your share link will offer a new guest a free month of washing. Your $5 credit will appear after the new guest has started their first billed month of their membership. If they have just begun a 30-day trial, a credit will not appear.

Once you’ve shared your link with a friend and they sign up for a plan, you can locate the status of your referrals on the referral page in the app. You’ll see applied rewards and when they will be automatically redeemed on your next receipt.

Yes. Credits will remain in your account if you cancel your membership. You will be able to use them toward your bill if you re-enroll. Be aware that credits will expire within 365 days of receipt.
